Application Method: Dispersion of the defoamer will be improved if we utilize some solvent to dilute it before using, and its defoaming efficiency will be improved too, it become very convenient when use; usually choose the aromatic series and aliphatic series of carbohydrates as a dilution solvent, and diluted the defoamer solution to about 10% and then add it to enhance the dispersion. Dosage: It is a very little dosage for the foam fluid of organosilicon defoamers, about 10-200ppm, in order to determine the appropriate dosage, please add the defoamer about 50ppm (0.005%)and observe the elimination of the defoaming liquid foam, and then decide the most appropriate dosage of defoamer. Product Application: Epoxy resin, screen printing ink Silok®4012 is a normal defoamer for high-viscosity epoxy resin system (epoxy encapsulants, epoxy products, epoxy floor paint,) and screen printing ink with high viscosity. General ink,wood paint,plastic paint Silok®4012 is applied to all other paint / ink system for defoaming, only rarely amount can achieve rapid defoaming effect,only about 0.03% dosage in general.
